Throughout her executive career Jo has acted as a mentor and coach to others in both a formal and informal capacity and takes pleasure from nurturing talent and helping others achieve their ambitions. The combination of coaching and mentoring is a highly effective way to support senior leaders in overcoming the challenges they inevitably face when delivering major initiatives or at times of career change.
